What we do
One-to-one Mentoring
A trusted adult in a young person's corner.
Consistent, one-to-one support that builds trust, opens up honest conversations and helps a young person identify and meet their goals — in and out of education.
Our mentors build genuine, trusting relationships with young people. That trust is what makes honest conversation possible, so real needs can be identified and then met. We meet young people where they are — at school, in the community, or somewhere they feel comfortable — and we walk alongside them as they grow.
- Weekly, consistent one-to-one sessions with a relatable mentor
- Support for young people both in and out of mainstream education
- A safe space to talk about identity, relationships, school and the future
- Practical goal-setting and help navigating difficult situations
- Regular, clear feedback for parents, carers and referrers
Who it's for: Parents, carers, schools and social workers looking for early, relationship-led support for a young person.
